🌀 Sheetali Pranayama (Cooling Breath) – Curl your tongue, inhale deeply through it like a straw, close your mouth, and exhale through your nose. Repeat for a few rounds to bring cooling energy into the body.
🌬️ Chandra Bhedana (Moon-Piercing Breath) – Inhale through the left nostril, exhale through the right. This activates the lunar, cooling energy, balancing out the fire within.
