Ezzû Ša Sîn Našû – Blessing of the Waning Moon
A Spell-Song for Release and Letting Go
At the Temple of Lilith, sound is not mere art—it is sorcery. We speak spells not only with the tongue, but with the breath, the voice, the pulse of vibration in the bones. Sound shapes ether, stirs shadow, and opens pathways in the soul. In our rites, we chant to awaken the serpent, we hum into the womb of silence, we sing the name of the Goddess in all her faces. This is how we remember. This is how we unmake and remake ourselves.
This sacred Spell-Song, Ezzû Ša Sîn Našû, is offered as a practice for the waning moon a time for release, shedding, unbinding.
As the light fades, we surrender what no longer serves.
As the Moon wanes, the dark opens its arms to hold, transform, and cleanse.
As the Goddess turns her face away, we turn inward to let go.
This chant may be woven into your Lilithian Yoga practice, especially during postures of surrender, grounding, or exhalation. It is especially potent during meditation where you are working through grief, endings, identity death, or preparation for renewal.
You may:
🌑 Chant it aloud or whisper it repeatedly as you fold forward, lie in savasana, or rock in seated meditation.
🌑 Breathe with the verses, inhaling “Ina Sîn našû…” and exhaling “Anāku nadû…”
🌑 Visualize the moon darkening above you, and the earth below drinking what you release.
🌑 Use it during rituals where offerings are buried, burned, or given to water.
Let the language of the Temple's Barbarous Tongue stir your soul, even if you do not speak Akkadian. Your bones know. Your breath remembers.
Spell-Song Text:
Ezzû Ša Sîn Našû
Blessing of the Waning Moon
Spell-Song for Release and Letting Go
As the moon fades, I release what no longer serves
Ina Sîn našû, anāku nadû
Ša lā mārî, lā kāya šulmu
Napšīya ezzû, libbīya pētu
I give it to the dark, and the dark transforms it
Anāku nadû ana ṣalmû
Ṣalmû maṭû ezzû
Ellû nārî, nadû ana ēššu
Let the roots drink, let the soil take memory
Šumīya ezzû ana māṭum
Rēšû nārî, ina kīru
Šûtî ina qerebu
What is gone makes space for what is becoming
Ša ellû kaṭû
Ana tēlû mārî
Anāku šulmu, anāku qādû
