How to Use This Ritual

Prepare a dark, quiet space.
This could be your ritual chamber, a closed room, or even a closet—anywhere you will not be disturbed. Dim all lights. No candles. No mirrors. Let it be cave-like.
Use good headphones.
The track is layered with sacred tones, fire, wind, and echoing chant. Let it wrap around you fully.
Sit or lie still.
Close your eyes. Let your hands rest on your womb, your heart, or the floor.
Press play and surrender.
Do not try to interpret or analyze. Let the rhythm, voice, and echoes carry you inward.
Listen to what rises.
You may feel. You may cry. You may simply breathe. All is welcome. You are in the cave. Let yourself be there.
